Swimprove is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of competitive swimmers. Drawing on 20 years of global competitive swimming experience, the Swimprove Method was created. This innovative approach breaks down complex swimming techniques into easy-to-understand drills and explanations, fostering continuous improvement and peak performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can find pool addresses after clicking “Private Lesson” tab > “Location” Additionally, if you have a pool location that accepts private coaching, send me a message through “Contact Us”

  • While a swimmer completes a few laps, I will identify key areas for improvement. Whether it’s kicking rhythm, 5 phases of a pull, body rotation, etc. I will explain and demonstrate each concept followed by a few drills for practical application.

  • Just bring your swimming equipment such as kick board, fins, and come open-minded, ready to learn. We would rarely do physically demanding training. Our sessions are geared more towards mental training, being able to control your body and understanding the universal swimming concepts.

  • In my experience, kids under the age of 10 usually don’t have the coordination needed to complete most of the drills or unable to understand the concepts. It wouldn’t hurt to try, but it could also be frustrating for the child.

  • It depends on your goals. I teach some kids who come once a month, take notes after our sessions and work on it on their own time/during regular team practice. Some kids want to improve quicker and take multiple sessions a week.
